Inflammatory inguinale granuloma on bilateral hydrocele: an unusual association

Abstract

Inguinale granuloma, also known as donovanosis, means to a disease caused by the bacterium Klebsiella Granulomatis. It is manifested by painless ulcers in the genital tract. We report a clinical case that illustrates an atypical clinical presentation of the form of inflammatory inguinal granulomas on bilateral hydroceles in the same patient. The patient underwent lymphoedema exeresis and bilateral cure of hydrocele.
